Worked for Buck three years, coordinating the entertainment for the Buck Owens Rodeo Days. In 1984 I had the pleasure of escorting Annette Funicello to the Rodeo. She was fun. She wanted to go down to the chute and watch the cowboys climb on the bucking broncos. So I took her to the pens and we climbed up on the rails and stood next to the chute. She was thrilled, and It was a big thrill for the cowboys too.

After the Rodeo Days I went on as an ad exec., selling ads for Buck's advertising newspaper. At that time he also had two radio stations.

Susan Ritter was Buck's administrator for the Rodeo Days. One day she brought me into Buck's office, the next thing I knew, I was also selling ads for the Rodeo Days' program.
