Met Tony Sandler and Ralph Young at the Circle Star Theatre near San Francisco. I knew Ralph from Miami. Great guys. We had a fine time.  Val Irving was their manager at that time.
           I remember telling them they needed some light effects. Val said they didn't need lights, that they were great as it was. I agreed, but said that lights are like icing on a cake. They set up a special rehearsal so that I could set up light cues for them. Later Val hired Tommy Marlo as there light person. 
             When I visited them in Las Vegas, I met Tommy. During our conversation, I said something (Don't remember what.) and Tommy looked at me and said, "Sammy! Your Sammy!" I didn't know what he was talking about. He told me he was friends with Faith Dane. She used to talk about Sammy in Miami. She was referring to me. Tommy was was very talented and did a few shticks with Tony and Ralph on stage. Backstage he did his "Geisha Girl in a field of mushrooms" bit. He had us in stitches.
