I have been to the library searching for information about the Chez Paree. In all of the books that I scanned there were no mentions of the Chez Paree or any of the night spots of that time. The talk about the opening of a MacDonald's but Nothing about a glorious history of Chicago's night life, which is as important as any MacDonald's. Thus we are going to change that and publish all of the history of those days and the entertainment that kept the city sane in a time of lunacy.
